A private network you define and govern

A closed network of counterparties: subsidiaries, suppliers, marketplaces, partners. Members are verified with extended KYB, addressed by CPN ID, and settle instantly on-us.

Who it's for

Any organization whose payments concentrate among counterparties it already knows: a corporate group settling between subsidiaries, a manufacturer paying a recurring supplier base, a marketplace settling verified sellers, a consortium formalizing how its members pay each other.

What you connect

You define the network: who belongs, what rules apply, how settlement runs. CPN credentials every member, operates the settlement domain, and connects its edges to every other network on the path.

  • Your member list, credentialed with extended KYB
  • Your rulebook: limits, approvals, settlement timing
  • Your edges: netting and off-ramp to external rails

Inside the domain

Members are verified, payments are addressed by CPN ID, and value settles on-us. External rails appear only at the edges.

Define to settled

Six stages from a member list to instant on-us settlement.

01Define

Membership, rules, limits, and settlement timing are set by you.

02Credential

Every member passes extended KYB before it can transact.

03Address

The CPN ID is the only beneficiary reference inside the network: no account details to collect or maintain.

04Carry data

PO, invoice, and line-item references ride with every transfer, so reconciliation is automatic on both sides.

05Settle on-us

Payments between members settle instantly inside the domain.

06Net and off-ramp

Positions net inside the network; external rails carry only what must leave.

Why it matters

CPN takes no spread inside the network

Charges apply only at the off-ramp. Inside the domain, moving money is not a revenue event: the economics of the network belong to the organization that built it.

The economics of a network you own

Economics 01

On-us at near-zero marginal cost

Settlement between members never touches an external rail, so the marginal cost of a payment inside the domain approaches zero.

Who does what

You design the network. CPN runs it.

Four ecosystems on one capability

The same domain is defined four ways. Each door leads to the segment's full profile.

01Corporates & Treasury

Intercompany netting and settlement: hundreds of entities settle on-us, and external rails carry only the net.

For corporates
02Banks & FIs

Bank-branded network services for your corporate clients, powered by CPN behind your brand.

For banks
03Fintechs & Payment Providers

Settlement domains as a platform capability: govern flows between your clients' counterparties through one integration.

For fintechs
04Platforms & Marketplaces

Settlement between verified businesses: extended-KYB membership, payouts by CPN ID, netting, and rich data for both sides.

Services in play

The domain runs on the same control surface as every other network.
