These terms govern your use of the cpn.global website. They do not govern CPN's payment services: those are provided under separate written agreements between CPN and its clients, and where a signed agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins.

The content on this site describes CPN's platform and services in general terms. It is information, not an offer, and not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. Availability of any service depends on eligibility, onboarding, applicable law, and a signed agreement. Nothing on this site is a solicitation in any jurisdiction where such a solicitation would be unlawful.

CPN is a registered Payment Service Provider under the Retail Payment Activities Act, supervised by the Bank of Canada, and a FINTRAC-registered Money Services Business. CPN operates a SWIFT-certified service bureau under the Shared Infrastructure Programme (SIP).

The content of this site, including text, design, and graphics, belongs to CPN or its licensors. You may view, download, and print pages for your own evaluation of CPN's services. Any other reproduction or use requires CPN's written permission. Partner names and marks that appear on the site belong to their respective owners, and nothing here grants rights to any CPN or third-party mark.

• Do not interfere with the operation or security of the site, and do not probe, scan, or test it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Do not use automated tools to extract content in bulk. Ordinary search-engine indexing is welcome.
• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

The site may link to third-party sites. CPN does not control them and is not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

We work to keep the site accurate, current, and available, and we do not guarantee any of the three. The site is provided as is, and content may change without notice.

To the extent the law allows, CPN is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, and nothing here limits obligations CPN owes under a signed services agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with its effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Quebec. Disputes arising from use of the site belong to the courts of Quebec.
